Year 3 Visit to Colchester Castle

Year 3 trekked all the way to Colchester Castle yesterday to kick start their topic on the Romans. They began their day heading down to the rooms underneath the Castle to learn all about the Romans, they then explored the museum looking at different artefacts and finally they made a Roman villa and a roundhouse. The children had a fantastic day, ending with a beautiful group photo outside the castle.
