Year 3 Visit to Colchester Castle

This week Year 3 visited Colchester Castle as part of our Roman topic. We began by visiting the cults underneath the castle to learn all about the Romans and Celts in Colchester. We then explored the museum, built a Roman Villa and took part in chariot racing. The children had an absolutely jam-packed day which also involved walking 3 miles to and from the Castle. Well done year 3!
