World Book Day

Thursday this week saw the children dressing up as their favourite book/story characters to celebrate World Book Day.  We had an array of characters from comics, fiction and non-fiction and popular stories.  It was fantastic to see your imaginative costumes.  We also took part in a webinar delivered by Born Free and Michael Morpurgo.  Michael Morpurgo read a chapter from his book, 'The Butterfly Lion', answered questions about being an author and spoke about how animals inspired his writing.
