Year 5 Henry Moore Studio & Gardens Visit

On Friday 14th October, Year 5 visited the Henry Moore Foundation, in Hertfordshire. We started the day with a tour of his famous sculptures. We had the chance to think about what each sculpture could represent and we learned about what Henry was inspired by - the human body and the landscape around where he lived. After lunch, we were able to get out our sketch books and sketch two of his sculptures.
